There are times when it's great to be on the cutting edge of technology. Unfortunately, that cutting edge is sharp and sometimes you're not paying attention and slip and....OUCH!
We use VoIP phone service. We've been really happy with it. Until today. SunRocket, our provider and the second largest VoIP provider behind Vonage, WENT OUT OF BUSINESS YESTERDAY. 200,000 customers received no warning. Nothing. Just kaput. No dial tone. So if you need to call us, call one of our cell phones. If you don't have the number, send us an email or leave a comment here. We should have new phone service in the next couple days but it'll take a while to transfer our old number over. Sigh...
